today's Ontario Court greater emphasis is being put on Alternative
Dispute Resolution. Napier Bailifs Ltd. has developed trained mediators within
their organization who operating from a trust position function
as non-adversarial and impartial third parties to negotiate solutions
and settlements to business disputes. The aim is to produce a win/win
